A borrower will be held responsible for materials loaned. Damaged/lost book(s) must be paid for or replaced with the same title , author and copyright date or in latest edition with a processing fee of Php 50.00. In orderto avoid accumulation of fines, lost book/s should be reported immediately to the HS LRC.
