• The school I.D. serves as pass for entering the library (NO I.D. NO ENTRY)

 

• Silence must be observed at all times in the library.

 

• Bags are not allowed inside the library. Valuables must be removed before leaving the bags in the designated area at the entrance of the library. The library staff is not responsible for the losses that may occur. 

 

• Foods and drinks are not allowed inside the library. 

 

• Always sign in to your respective log sheet (grade level- for students; separate attendance sheet for faculty members and other users of the library) at the registration counter upon entering the LRC.

• Books are placed in the book truck after using. Library users are asked not to leave them on the tables or miss-shelve them.  

 

• Chairs should be returned properly before leaving the library

 

• Magazines, newspapers and reference books should not be taken outside the library. 

 

• Any library users found to have stolen, destroyed or seriously damaged a library property will be subjected to DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
