The High School Learning Resource Center has varied collections of audio-visual equipment for faculty instructional use. Equipment reservation in the HSLRC is on a “first come, first served basis”. Faculty members should present to the library personnel an accomplished reservation slip coming from their respective Subject Area Coordinator (proof that their SAC allows them to borrow the equipment or use the audio-visual room for their respective class) and fill out reservation form at the circulation counter. (The library prioritizes the subject area celebrating its month). The librarian should be informed ahead of time if the reservation will be cancelled. The HSLRC has the right to cancel reservations if the borrower fails to claim the reserved equipment within 30 minutes.                                                                                            

                   The HSLRC does not have the staff to deliver or operate the equipment for teachers in their classrooms. A faculty member needs to pick up the equipment from the library and carefully checks the materials borrowed before leaving the counter. if the borrowers is unfamilliar with the operation of a machine, the librarians will be happy to give their assistance. borrowers hall be held responsible for any damage that the library staff may be discover
